The blend draws from the song’s dark narrative surrounding Willy Lee and the sheriff from Jericho Hill, channeling that same intensity into the smoking experience.

As the fourth regular production release from Crowned Heads, Jericho Hill also pays tribute to Cash being the fourth of seven children. Even the vitola names, .44S, LBV, OBS, and Willy Lee, are inspired by lyrics and references from the album itself.
